Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods throughout warehouse facilities using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and weight distribution guidelines
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Operate automated conveyor systems and material handling equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math and computer literacy
