Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and barcode scanning systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Support shipping/receiving processes and documentation accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
