Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and organize inventory in warehouse storage areas to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Prepare and process shipping/receiving documentation using inventory management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and distribution goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
