Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and sort incoming/outgoing materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (including pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, labeling, and tracking in WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and shipping schedules
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to company safety policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
