Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize and store materials in designated areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; GED accepted
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
