Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus (training available).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
