Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize materials within warehouse facilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments and ensure proper stacking/storage protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
