Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label items for shipment or storage using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counting activities.
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (Forklift certification is a strong plus).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
