Responsibilities
- Safely move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and organize materials in designated storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license
- Background check and drug screen required
