Responsibilities
- Handle, move, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational safety
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and verifying documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
