Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance needs.
- Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas to maximize warehouse flow and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments, including labeling, boxing, and palletizing.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Certification for forklift operation is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
