Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and verifying load contents.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) is a plus.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
