What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock inspections to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and manage outgoing documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and maintain organized records.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in counting, measuring, and basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
