Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately update inventory counts in real-time.
- Perform physical labor including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and workflow goals are met daily.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
