Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Package goods securely for shipment and prepare shipping documents.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.
- Certification in forklift operation is a plus but we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
