Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners, ensuring 100% accuracy and adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities against packing slips.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Load Preparation: Prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Equipment: Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but not required; on-site training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
