Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and checking stock levels against digital records.
- Package and label products for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
