Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products within warehouse facilities using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments while verifying order details
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision and timeliness
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform regular inventory counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
