Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders with precision
- Document warehouse activities using WMS systems and digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
