- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Load/unload trucks while verifying shipment accuracy against manifests
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
