Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage before processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Package and prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in logistics is preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a major plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
