Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) for material movement
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory against manifests
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient warehouse flow
- Perform routine equipment safety checks and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Document material movements and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA safety training preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
