Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons
- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
