Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems for efficient material movement
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company best practices at all times
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization initiatives
- Complete accurate documentation for material transfers and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (company-provided training available if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
