Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract 50+ lb shipments using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and verify inbound/outbound inventory for accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train junior loaders on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA certification and valid forklift license
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- WMS software proficiency (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
