Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately record inventory movements using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
