Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-value electronics and medical supplies using RF scanners
- Operate automated conveyor systems and robotic-assisted picking stations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Train new staff on advanced warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Optimize picking routes to reduce processing time by 15% quarterly
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product integrity
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- Proficiency with RF scanners, voice picking systems, and WMS platforms
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and pallet jack expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error picking history
- Experience in temperature-controlled or high-value inventory handling
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
