Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using provided barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
- Organize and store materials in designated areas with proper labeling and rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate provided equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
