Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (training available upon hire).
