Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital scanning systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse equipment operation experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
