Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and digital logs
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient storage areas in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse management software for real-time inventory tracking
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
