Responsibilities
- Safely operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners)
- Accurately inventory and organize stock in climate-controlled facility
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital paperwork using provided tablets
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Reliable transportation to Irvine facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- English proficiency (bilingual Spanish a plus)
