Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming materials using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflow and inventory accuracy
- Perform quality checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
