Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize raw materials, finished goods, and supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and paperwork documentation
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor systems and automated sorting machinery
- Support shipping/receiving processes and prepare orders for shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
