Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and inventory control systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and potential overtime
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
