Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse issues promptly
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Background check and drug test required
