Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming materials in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, or early shifts as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
