Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Verify shipment accuracy and document inventory movements
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and safety protocols
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying conditions
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
