Responsibilities
- Safely handle, transport, and store materials using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately track inventory in our WMS system with real-time updates
- Inspect materials for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols and maintenance schedules
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends)
- Basic computer literacy for WMS navigation
