Responsibilities
- Safely move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Load/unload trucks with precision and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA standards and safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability across day/night/weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
