Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using manual and mechanical methods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
