Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and processing returns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
