Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and refrigeration equipment with precision
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP, FDA)
- Perform inventory audits using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
