Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products throughout warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Accurately inventory and track items in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Inspect and prepare shipments for timely delivery
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Support receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends
