Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems accurately.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read labels and pick lists accurately.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
