Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Clean and organize warehouse aisles to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
