Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal workflow and safety compliance.
- Inspect equipment and materials for damage before and after handling.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
