Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately scan and track inventory in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily production goals
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and maintain equipment logs
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
