Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect goods for damage or quality issues.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) preferred.
