Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with precision
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for outbound orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and environments
